Fairfield Inn & Suites York, Nebraska is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations, perform nightly audits, and prepare the property for the morning shift. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently overnight.

You will handle guest requests, balance revenues, reconcile transactions, and communicate shift notes to the morning team while maintaining security and a clean lobby area.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; mistakes show up in the numbers.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and consistent attendance; this shift cannot miss.
• Ability to stay alert and productive overnight.
• Proficient with computers and hotel systems.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Night Auditor

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shift: Overnight (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Summary
You own the overnight operation. You keep the property secure, balanced, and guest-ready for the next day. You handle front desk responsibilities, complete daily financial reporting, and set up the morning team for success.
