Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Westborough, MA. You will ensure equipment functions, premises are pristine, and guest rooms are well-maintained. You will follow Green Shield Binder tasks and management directions to complete work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documenting inspections, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with secured tool inventory. Travel to sister sites may be required within a reasonable geographic area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with minimal related experience.
• Ability to follow safety rules and written guidelines.
• Basic math and measurement understanding required.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property equipment is functioning and rooms are in good repair.
• Follow Green Shield Binder tasks and management directions promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain logs for PM deficiencies, inspections, and life safety checks.
• Keep maintenance area organized and manage tool inventory.
