Job summary

Extended Stay America in Westborough, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and property equipment in top condition. You will follow Green Shield Binder procedures and manage maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, safety inspections, and assist with guest requests while upholding company standards and safety policies. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Read and speak English proficiently and interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Understand and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and company guidelines and standards.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest/associate experience.
• Responds to guest requests with diligent follow-through.
• Performs out of room cleaning and maintains pristine premises.
• Performs repairs listed on work orders and completes preventative maintenance inspections.
• Follows safety policies and maintains records per Green Shield Binder.
