Job summary

Hilton Rosemont is seeking a maintenance teammate responsible for keeping guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in good repair. Tasks span carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry to ensure an attractive, well-maintained hotel.

Major duties include inspecting spaces for repair needs, performing replacements, assisting with preventive maintenance, and documenting repairs. The role requires adherence to safety standards and teamwork within a unionized hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience performing a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and masonry.
• Comfort with maintaining guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas for repairs or replacements.
• Repair or replace items such as light fixtures, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets and hardware.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program implementation.
• Maintain records of repairs and items needing attention.
