Job summary

Hilton hotel maintenance technician is sought to perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, while responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.

You will assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other trades; coordinate projects, ensure safety standards, and communicate progress to leadership and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous building, facilities, hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting.
• Pool or aquatic facility maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs across the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests, resolving issues with minimal disruption.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, install, test, and repair hotel equipment and building systems.
• Follow daily assignments and priorities set by the Maintenance Manager.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related trades.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with plans, materials, and progress updates.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and safe, organized spaces.
• Communicate maintenance needs and project status to leadership and vendors.
