Job summary

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is seeking a diligent maintenance professional to perform general upkeep ensuring quality and safety standards across the hotel. You will support security duties and protect guests, staff, and assets while maintaining equipment and facilities to a high standard.

Key tasks include timely work completion, tool and supplies management, and safe, organized facilities areas with attention to detail. Night/weekend work may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Fluency in job related English, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Work and perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Be well organized and follow instructions.
• Be computer literate and able to use HotSOS, email, and other computer programs used within the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work in a timely manner.
• Ensure the security, care of tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to you.
• Keep all Facilities areas clean and safe.
• Problem solving, reasoning, organizational abilities are used often.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
