Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Team in Beaufort, North Carolina. You will keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks, while supporting the Chief Engineer on building and grounds tasks.

This on-site role requires a valid driver's license, a safety-conscious approach, and a willingness to handle guest needs with professional courtesy.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver"s license.
• Safety procedures knowledge and ability to follow Job Safety Analysis guides.
• Willingness to work day and evening shifts.
• Provide courteous service to guests and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and accommodate requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• Know emergency procedures and JSA guidelines.
