Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Beaufort, NC on-site. You will keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks, and assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds maintenance.

You will provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards, deliver courteous service, and be ready to help other departments. Valid driver's license required; shifts include day and evening.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.
• Valid Driver's License Required

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when needed.
• This position works both day and evening shifts.
