Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Beaufort, NC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering Team and perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to keep all hotel equipment in good working order. This role supports building and grounds maintenance, ensures a safe environment for guests and staff, and collaborates with the Chief Engineer.

The position requires a valid driver's license and offers a wage of $14.00 per hour with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and aware of all Job Safety Analysis guides.

Responsibilities

• Keep all equipment in good working order with routine repairs and preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist others on the team including the Chief Engineer on building and grounds maintenance.
• Provide a safe environment for guests and staff by meeting all safety standards.
• Provide professional courteous service to guests and be accommodating to various requests.
• Be a team player and assist in other departments when help is needed.
• This position works both day and evening shifts.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
