Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking an energetic Hotel Maintenance Technician to support operation, maintenance, and repair of hotel equipment. You will handle guest requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications

Requires license or proven experience in at least one trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration.
Experience with hotel building systems or hospitality maintenance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Handle and complete guest maintenance requests in a timely fashion.
Do periodic property tours and exterior perimeter checks for debris, lighting, and irrigation.
Perform repair and preventative maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, laundry equipment, exhaust fans, and other equipment.
Report emergencies and safety hazards immediately and assist with safety concerns.
Maintain the maintenance area in a clean, organized state with stock and tools.
Interact with hotel guests to resolve maintenance issues professionally and courteously.
