Job summary

Ascent Hospitality's Marriott Huntsville property is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Technician to join the Engineering Team. You will proactively maintain and repair a full-service hotel, ensuring guest comfort and operational efficiency.

Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, respond to maintenance requests, and help keep the property safe and well-maintained.

• Proactively perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest needs.
• Assist in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning property.

Salary Range:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall background).

This is a full-service Marriott hotel located directly by the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, part of Ascent Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Team.

This position reports directly to the Chief Engineer and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Engineering Department while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and exceptional guest environment.
