Job summary

The Threefoot Hotel in Meridian, MS is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to support the Engineering Department and maintain a safe, efficient guest environment. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and offers starting pay of $16 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

What We're Looking For:
