• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Carry out light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair.
• Implement safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Keep detailed records and reports.
• Provide training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
• Collaborate with management on department staffing.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through courteous service.
