Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing and fixtures.
• Maintain pool area, chemicals, and filters as required.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms when needed.
• Support exterior upkeep including snow removal, lawn care and painting.
• Assist in major repairs of hotel equipment under supervision.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Operate within safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain attendance and be available to work as scheduled.
• Document maintenance work and logs as required.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
