Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of general hotel, apartment, or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers, and general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the resort’s facilities, equipment, and guest environments to high standards.
• Respond to work orders and assist with room and facility repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and major repairs as needed.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with pool, spa, and other amenities maintenance.
• Document completed work and communicate maintenance needs to supervisors.
