Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1 year related experience or training preferred.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate with guests and team members.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders.
• Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies.
• Complete work orders and required repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain logs.
• Resolve guest issues promptly according to hotel standards.
• Complete duty rounds and correct noted problems.
• Use EMS and Life Safety Systems; training provided.
• Cross-train in all department aspects.
• Follow Center policies and cooperate with operations.
