Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to handle maintenance and repair, including HVAC, throughout the hotel and related facilities. The role may involve custodial tasks while ensuring guest satisfaction and following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates should have solid organizational and time-management skills, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A team-oriented attitude and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college preferred.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify maintenance and repair issues and initiate work orders.
• Report and follow up on maintenance deficiencies.
• Complete work orders and all necessary assigned repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain mechanical logs.
• Resolve guest issues promptly per hotel standards.
• Complete duty rounds and correct noted problems.
• Cross-train in all aspects of the department.
