Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests promptly with accurate records.
• Maintain professional interactions with guests, vendors, contractors and staff.
• Assist with grounds work and notify management of any unusual occurrences or damages.
• Ensure safety standards comply with company policies and regulations.
