Qualifications

• 1 year in a maintenance role involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
• Review work orders to prioritize and schedule tasks.
• Inspect property to identify needs and plan maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.
