• General understanding of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and mechanical systems.

• Maintain the building’s physical, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure security, cleanliness and preventive maintenance of engineering tools and safety features.
• Keep storerooms and work spaces tidy and organized.
