Qualifications

• 1 year in a maintenance role involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to work independently.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning electrical/mechanical systems and equipment.
• Review maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
• Proactively inspect property to identify potential and current needs.
• Plan and execute ongoing maintenance programs.
• Service the hotel’s pool, including adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis.
• Maintain the building exterior.
• Listen and respond to guests’ maintenance requests.
