Job summary

Raines Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, back and front of house areas. The role requires mandatory Saturday and Sunday coverage and offers comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision and a 401K.

As a member of a family-oriented organization, you will work with the Chief Engineer and vendors to ensure safety and quality across all hotel areas. Prior hotel maintenance experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive hotel maintenance experience.
• Experience with door lock systems and hotel equipment.
• Experience with brand standards is a plus.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
• Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, events areas, restaurants, offices, and public spaces.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Repair HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical fixtures to specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Track warranties and manuals for equipment and tools.
• Respond promptly to guestroom maintenance requests.
