ESA Management, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment is functioning, premises are pristine and guest rooms are in good repair. You will complete tasks per the Green Shield Binder and directives from management to standards.

The role emphasizes safety, responsiveness to guest requests, and proactive upkeep. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, keeping accurate records, maintaining tool inventory, and assisting with emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; basic maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and manuals.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest-focused attitude.
• Basic math for measurements and unit conversions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a 100% commitment to guest experience and associate service.
• Perform out of room cleaning to keep premises pristine.
• Repair items listed on work orders and perform preventive maintenance.
• Follow the Green Shield Binder workflows and safety policies.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tool inventory.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management when needed.
