Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in hotel facility maintenance and safety.
- Ability to perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and masonry.
- Willingness to respond quickly to service requests and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support facility maintenance and ensure physical safety of the property.
- Respond to service requests and guest calls promptly.
- Conduct repairs across multiple trades and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
- Document inspections and repairs, flagging issues for escalation.
