Extended Stay America in Norton, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure all property equipment functions and guest rooms are in good repair. You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to guest requests, and follow Green Shield Binder procedures to uphold company standards.

The role requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain tools and work areas, and coordinate with management and vendors. Candidates should lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Read and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong commitment to guest and associate experience.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-through.
• Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises.
• Complete repairs listed on work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Carry out preventative maintenance inspections and follow Green Shield Binder.
• Maintain organized maintenance areas and safeguard tools.
• Follow safety policies, SOPs, and documentation procedures.
