Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team at the Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and Grand Prairie Events Center at EpicCentral. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and building systems, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.

Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance is welcomed; basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting.
• Strong customer service and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and building equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, carpentry, painting, drywall.
• Assist Chief Engineer with maintenance of hotel and event center.
• Maintain safety compliance and respond to maintenance requests.
• Deliver friendly service to guests and work with other departments.
