Hilton Garden Inn Homewood Suites - EpicCentral in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team. This role is 75% outdoor, covering grounds and pool upkeep, and ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities, respond to guest requests with professionalism, and support other departments while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or facility repair.
• Hands-on skills with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
• Assist the Chief Engineer with building and grounds projects.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support other departments when needed and follow all emergency and safety procedures.

Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering team! 75% outdoor – grounds, pool upkeep. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all hotel equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You’ll assist with preventative maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property’s facilities—helping to provide a safe, comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
