Coventry Residence Inn by Marriott is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician in Coventry/Greenwich, RI. The role maintains and repairs building systems, oversees preventative maintenance, and supports guest safety and property upkeep.

The candidate should have 6 months to 1+ year in hotel maintenance, be able to manage daily tasks, and handle equipment repairs, with on-call responsibilities and compliance with regulatory standards.

Formación

• 6 months - 1+ year of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform Daily Maintenance Engineer Checklist.
• Ability to maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all equipment repairs and coordinate with vendors for bids.
• Complete monthly maintenance inventory and submit supply orders.
• Conduct room PMs with maintenance staff support.
• Monitor pool and spa area maintenance per state regulations.
• Oversee housekeeping and maintenance coordination at both hotels.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies and respond promptly.
