Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure.
• Flexible environment adaptability; ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Basic maintenance certification preferred.

• Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain room and common area upkeep; ensure furniture, appliances, and lighting are functional.
• Organize supplies and prep equipment for the next day.
• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas (parking, pool).
• Monitor preventive maintenance calendar and notify supervisor of low supplies.
• Assist with additional duties as needed by the team.
