Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks as described in work orders and company SOPs.
• Respond to guest requests with timely follow-up and courtesy.
• Maintain records of inspections, PMs, and life-safety equipment per Green Shield Binder.
