Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group seeks a dedicated Maintenance Person to keep hotel equipment running smoothly and guests comfortable. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep throughout the property in a hands-on role.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and team members. This role supports the maintenance team and adheres to hotel standards.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building repair experience preferred.
• General knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and repair tasks in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Support the maintenance team with projects and assigned duties.
• Follow all safety and hotel maintenance standards.
