Job summary

Four Points By Sheraton Seattle Airport South is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to deliver a five-star experience through proactive hotel upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

You will join a TEAM that values growth, with advancement opportunities through our Management Development Program. Excellent English communication and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs are required, and the role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional
• Familiar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systems
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plus
• Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently
• Must be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to 100 lbs
• Schedule flexibility including weekends, and holidays
• Work independently
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed
• Maintain building exterior and respond to work orders promptly
