Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a maintenance technician for The Charter Hotel Seattle, Curio Collection by Hilton. The role involves building, repairing, maintaining, and painting hotel spaces, patching drywall, testing systems, and ensuring pool and facility cleanliness.

You will perform light carpentry, equipment setup, and coordinate with the management and maintenance teams. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, 1-2 years of experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, maintain and paint all parts of the hotel.
• Patch and repair drywall.
• Visually inspect, test and monitor machinery or equipment, including interior and exterior lighting.
• Maintain swimming pool, cleaning, vacuuming and testing for proper chemical levels.
• Tiling, flooring, light carpentry as well as repairing furniture and fixtures.
• Attend all scheduled training classes and meetings.
• Assist in delivery and set-up of all new equipment such as televisions, mattresses, tables, chairs, etc.
• Communicate with Management and Maintenance Team on projects as assigned.
• Respond to all guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
