Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's Springfield Residence Inn in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support hotel upkeep and guest room care. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work orders, and troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining pool systems, repairing furniture and equipment, and handling seasonal landscaping. A minimum of 6 months general maintenance experience is required; ability to lift 25 lbs

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
