Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry and electrical work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, hotel equipment and systems.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures; maintain logs and housekeeping interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC related issues.
• Service pool and outdoor areas; maintain grounds and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with Front Desk, Bistro and Housekeeping to meet guest needs.
