Job summary

Oxford Suites Spokane is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a regular part-time basis in Spokane, WA. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, and guest-focused service to keep the hotel’s physical plant in top condition.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. The position requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years general maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, refrigeration, carpentry, electrical, and other guest room repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas and hotel equipment.
• Repair and refurbish furniture, fixtures, doors, windows and counters as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems and perform minor replacements.
