Job summary

Atrium SPIRIT program is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Associate at Phoenix Glendale Renaissance in Glendale, AZ. The role starts as a full-time position with compensation around $22.05 per hour.

You will perform preventative maintenance, guest room care, basic repairs, and seasonal grounds duties to ensure guest comfort and safety. Requirements include at least 6 months of maintenance experience; hotel maintenance is a plus, with the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required.
• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
