Job summary

Double Star Hospitality Morgantown is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Worker to help keep the property in excellent condition. You will perform routine inspections, handle repairs, and respond to guest requests related to facilities and equipment while coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

The role includes maintaining safety protocols, keeping maintenance logs, and assisting with new equipment installations. The position is on-site and approximately 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment and guest rooms
• Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance issues
• Carry out necessary repairs to ensure smooth operation of hotel facilities
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to facilities and equipment
• Coordinate maintenance work with Housekeeping, Front Desk and Management
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance and repair work
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
