Qualifications

• Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, heating and air-conditioning.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform general, preventive, and emergency maintenance of the hotel.
• Respond to guest calls and work orders.
• Log and follow-up on work orders and paperwork.
