Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Inn at Perry Cabin in St. Michaels, MD. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel equipment and systems across a luxury property on the Eastern Shore.

You will work with a team to maintain guest comfort and safety, handling electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general facility tasks while upholding our service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.
• Possesses a valid Maryland Driver’s License and minimum of 18 years required.
• Possesses customer service skills.
• Possesses knowledge about the hotel and the services offered.
• HVAC experience a plus
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Communicates with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Performs preventive maintenance on the entire property.
• Inspects property to identify potential and current needs.
• Maintains maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
• Respond to all emergency and alarm situations.
• Follows all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes safety training and certifications.
