Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for the Inn at Perry Cabin on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and upkeep of hotel equipment and systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include responding to guest repair requests, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with shifts. A Maryland driver’s license and HVAC experience are preferred; pool certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience required; hotel experience preferred.
• Possesses a valid Maryland Driver’s License and minimum of 18 years required.
• Possesses customer service skills.
• HVAC experience a plus.
• Pool Certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Responds to and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance on the property.
• Maintains maintenance inventory and requisition parts.
• Repairs interior and exterior landscaping and pool equipment.
• Ensures safety and security policies are followed.
• Completes safety training and OSHA certifications.
