Job summary

Complete Building Services (CBS) is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform operations, repairs and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility. This role includes ongoing training to obtain licenses and works the 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift, with weekend requirements in Washington, DC.

Salary ranges from $22 to $26 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. CBS offers a comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems.
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends.
Able to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation and physical ability to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
Repair and troubleshoot systems as directed by supervisor.
Coordinate with sub-contractors for installation/repair work.
Maintain equipment to industry standards and complete required reports.
Support building manager and client representatives to ensure satisfaction.
