White Lodging is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support the hotel’s engineering team in maintaining the property’s appearance, functionality, and safety to meet standards. This on-site role requires basic maintenance skills across carpentry, plumbing, and painting, with a focus on safe, efficient workflow and effective communication with supervisors.

The role involves hands-on maintenance work, supporting the Chief Engineer, and ensuring areas are clean and well-kept.

Formación

• At least one year of maintenance experience required.
• Able to perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally; stand/move for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain hotel maintenance standards to WL, Brand, and Guest expectations.
• Assist Chief Engineer in overseeing all engineering functions of the hotel.
• Clean and maintain engineering areas; operate in a safe and professional manner.
• Report tool, supply, and material needs to supervisors.
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signage for proper operation; manage spare parts inventory.
