Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years as a Maintenance Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform, with a nametag.
• Maintain guest relations and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, rates, packages and activities.
• Assist electrician, carpenter, plumber and painter in repairs.
• Maintain tools, chemicals and safety compliance per OSHA and hotel policies.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with supervisors.
• Help ensure safety and security of keys and equipment.
• Know and follow department, brand, and hotel policies and procedures.
