Job Overview

As part of the Maintenance team, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, attractive, and efficiently operated hotel. Responsibilities include:

1. Performing basic repairs and maintenance of facilities, guest rooms, and public spaces.
2. Maintaining building systems, machinery, and equipment for safety and operation standards.
3. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas.
4. Assisting with security, preventive maintenance, and work order completion.
5. Responding courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
6. Servicing the hotel’s pool and maintaining exterior and curb appeal.
7. Assisting with setup and cleanup of banquet and meeting rooms.
8. Responding to emergencies and ensuring safety protocols.
9. Using maintenance equipment and following OSHA standards.
10. Replenishing supplies and conducting routine building rounds.
11. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
