Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant engineering/maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 1 year hotel environment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on building interior or exterior.
• Communicates effectively with guests, employees, and other departments.
• Maintains a friendly and caring demeanor in a fast paced environment.
• Report to work on schedule, well‑groomed and in uniform.
• Inspect operating machinery, equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Work safely and report hazards immediately.
• Assist with maintenance on mechanical systems such as pumps and fans.
• Operate fire pump and sprinkler system as required.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and follow up for satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
