Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior or exterior.
• Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and other departments.

• Report to work on time, well-groomed, in correct uniform.
• Inspect operating machinery, equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations and laws.
• Operate fire pump and sprinkler system as required.
• Report hazards promptly and take appropriate safety actions.
• Assist with maintenance on mechanical systems (pumps, fans, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
