Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders to maintain quality standards.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on hotel systems and room care.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist in routine and major repairs of hotel equipment including plumbing and fixtures.
• Service the hotel's pool, adjust chemicals, and keep logs up to date.
• Maintain exterior areas and curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, painting, gardening).
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures in guest rooms and finish as needed.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
