Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Trade school coursework in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and complete work orders for ceiling tiles, sheetrock, and wallpaper repairs.
• Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles, lights and fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction improvements.
• Follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Maintain curb appeal (snow removal, lawn care, gardening, trash removal).
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective gear per MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
