Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair and touch-up paint.
• Monitor energy conservation and perform plumbing repairs.
• Follow up on any alarms to determine location and cause.

Skills

Experience in a hotel or related field
